Keen gets more and more annoying with each episode. If she is an FBI profiler, I am Santa Claus. She has no idea how to read people or know when they are lying. She whines about Red manipulating her but she asks for his help every single episode. She is an absolute horrible actress, or at least for this role she is. She is not in any way believable.
On the flip side of the coin, James Spader is magnificent in this role. He plays narcissistic, smug, arrogant, highly intelligent, devious, and affable...all with equanimity and tremendous talent.

1. A top secret project would never be transported in a civilian car! Really!
2. Oh let's just ask the perp his name when you're yards down the hall. Hopefully you knew his picture already dorks!
3. Oh yeah let's turn on one light post at a time. Yeah that is totally possible.
4. Hey you think we should turn the sirens on whenever we're going to nab him? He'll never figure it out.
Honestly! What is the screenwriter doing? The silliest episode in the series so far. So many flaws in one episode .
For the season's story arc, this episode plays an important role, but the Blacklister's gimmick feels a bit out of touch with the rest of the Blacklisters we've seen so far. Even though cyber-criminality is a very relatable fear for many, it did not feel very intimidating - in particular after "Ivan" was identified as a wizz kid highschooler with a crush.
Aside from the rather clumsy approach at the school itself, the things the kid did after acquiring this piece of technology - usable for all sorts of society-uprooting or extremely lucrative purposes - just felt a bit disappointing. You could've toppled banks, disabled governments, made Norway disappear.. but instead you use it to hit on some girl in the corniest way ever; a way that nobody in his or her right mind would ever fall for.
I love the series, and - as said - the season's storyline benefits from its existence, but this was no scary, fearsome criminal. Don't be so desperate, kid; listen to Meat Loaf and don't do thát.

Agent Keen is becoming extremely annoying as usual. She talks about Reddington not being helpful however, all he does is help. She chooses not to listen. Supposedly, she finds Joelene and Tim's secret hideout; her apartment and is overcome by an "unknown intruder" but she's unable to describe him. If she's been married for those years would she not recognize the scent of her own husband? His build? Come on now.

- TriviaThe license plate for Nathan Platt (93N-LI62) is identical to that of Charlotte Patterson from The Cyprus Agency (No. 64) (2014).
- GoofsKaplan says Jolene was strangled. In Mako Tanida (No. 83) (2014), Tom began to strangle her, but then smothered her using a sheet.
Correction In fact, since the strangulation happened ante mortem, there would have been bruising evident on Jolene's/Lucy's neck, which could lead Mr Kaplan to her diagnosis of strangulation.
- Quotes
Tom Keen: [about Jolene] Don't beat yourself up. You could never have known this. You never really know people. Do you?
Elizabeth Keen: I'm gonna find her. Who she works for. Whoever they are. Whatever it takes. I'm gonna find her.
