Fun show, no doubt about it. Learn what pioneers did in building their cabins and barns, and how this group salvages the logs for new structures. Beautiful country, interesting look at our past, and a playful group who make it all work. The guys are talented and quite knowledgeable of the tools and wood working practices of the past. Who knew? So much history waiting to be discovered and appreciated with good natured humor. The owner of the business narrates portions of the segments. The crew works hard and shows what craftsmanship is all about. Taking down old barns to reuse and carefully salvage the logs for new homes shows how the past can be part of the future. The guys are fun, the owner has a good sense of humor, and they work hard. Entertaining- yes! So the big question for the crew..what does Brian do? ( he wears a mean green frog cap well! ) LOL! 😉
Love this show, it is shown in australia on friday night at 8.30pm and i never miss a show, Keep it as it is the boys are all natural and do a fantastic job no favorites all are brilliant just keep the show going as it is. There is not much on TV that is as natural as it is.. Thank You Guys Love your show.
What i love about watching this show is there is no bad language AT ALL. I hate trying to watch a show with so much bad language.
I wish I could meet this crew! Can't wait for the new series to come back on!
I have watched all of the seasons 1 to the current one. It's amazing the work that the can do to rebuild one of those cabins!

These guys are great to watch - they're truly nice guys, no drama on the show which is very refreshing, and the work is fascinating. Respect for the past and the skills used here pave a wonderful path for the future. Hope you guys stay real, and keep up the good work!!

I was hoping to see this show return for another season.
It's fun historical and down right a family show.
The beauty of this show for me it is real and honest.
Besides re telling of Americas history thru the eyes of the current Generation on the past.
Without a doubt my Daddy would be proud a he worked on a farm as a boy and his eyes sparkled when telling us about it growing up.
Hope B.B. has a terrific run of at least 10 or 20 more seasons. Hats off to a well produced Family Show.
Bravo Ya'll
