The new action comedy entertainer 'Doosukeltha' is directed by Veeru Potla. Andhala Rakshasi fame Lavanya is the heroine in this movie. The movie is produced by Dr. M. Mohan Babu under 24 Frames Factory. Vishnu's daughters Arianna and Viviana will be presenting 'Doosukeltha'. The filmmakers are confident that this will be yet another action comedy film that audience will love from the word go.

Manchu Vishnu has grown in confidence and body language as an actor. He is versatile with his expressions, puts sincere efforts in dance and fights. He seems to be going the right way. Due to his act, the life of Alekhya (Lavanya) also gets disturbed and her immediately family disowns her. She grows to become a doctor and a chance incident gets her in touch with Chinna.
