Very informative documentary about a body part that is very important to each individual. Your feet. So much valuable information about the feet that u normally don't even think about
My first thought was feet, seriously??? And I was wondering why all of the "5" Star reviews until.... I watched this terrific film! A documentary better get on board quickly or I'll bounce, fast. Well this wonderful doc grabbed me and won't let go. It is so well done!! Anyone sitting on the fence like I was... get off of the bloody fence and watch this gem of a film. You will for sure be glad you did. A thumbs up from me for Perfect Feet!
I have to admit that I wasn't sure what to expect going into this one but I really enjoyed it. The conversations within were really interesting. Shoe companies, social norms, what's beautiful and what isn't. It was really intriguing. Even if you aren't normally into documentaries I think you might find this one entertaining and educational.
This documentary is an informative and fun way to scrutinize a body part that is severely taken for granted (and that many of us want to keep hidden) ... the feet. The host goes on a cross-country journey in which he interviews athletes, scientists, dancers, doctors, models, and a host of others to inquire how their various professions are impacted by their feet and/or the feet of others. There are some startling facts (a quarter of the bones in the human body are in the feet!) and interesting anecdotes-the nail salon owner who deeply detests feet is a highlight. All-in-all, a pretty perfect doc on an imperfect part of all us.
I like documentaries, but I probably wouldn't have chosen to watch one about feet if it hadn't have been from a recommendation by a friend. There were so many interesting pices of information that I didn't know - and it was all presented in a very entertaining way. Kudos to the filmmakers!
