    A solid opener!

This episode had my attention from the start, throwing a lot of things at me at first, where some gets solved, and some are left open.. and some could have been handled better!

As the season one finale promissed, Tommy is ready to expand his territories, but it does not come without a price, and this episode shows!

His road to power and succes is not gonna be easy, as this episode not only promisses a potential war in the future, but shows that Campbell might not be done with Tommy afterall!

The atmosphere and identity of the show is kept, giving you that industrial vibe, great cinematography, acting and some bloody scenes!

    She missed?!

The first part felt like an afterthought of "oh no, we left a cliffhanger" which was not what I was expecting. The rest did a good job of setting up the seasons strife and further developing characters.

    Unbelievable acting and writing.

Steven Knight is a genius. This show is amazing. I love period pieces. I've been to Birmingham UK many times for work. This history of this series is superb. The character development is outstanding. The only terrible part is the short seasons and Mr. Knight chose to end the series with full feature film(s).

Cillian Murphy is one of the most underrated screen actors I've had the pleasure of seeing on tv.

I'm binge watching the series for the first time. Give it a try if you haven't. Absolutely bloody brilliant.
