Not bad, Just uninteresting..

Not trying to insult anyone who have worked on this or anything, but this really felt like a poor man's Regular Show more than anything..

Don't get me wrong, I didn't hate, In fact I enjoyed it quite a bit, but this pilot was uninteresting more than anything, AJ is a pretty boring protagonist and his friends are not that interesting either, His dad was pretty cool though.

I think If this pilot had a better and more original storyline I would've liked it more, but if we judge it for what it is.. I see why Cartoon Network didn't pick this one up, Sorry..

The high school setting at the beginning of the pilot is modeled after Fargo High School which the pilot's creator Toby Jones attended when he was teenager.
