Art and Film Intersect in this Beautiful Tale!

I love the way this film reminds me of a time when film was art. Definitely keep an eye on Jeff Frumess... I'm certain we haven't heard the last of him. He has a unique perspective on the world and we're lucky he shares it with us.

Surprisingly clever update on classic theme.

This film is fun. And whacky and different and everything you want to be entertained. Well worth the time and money. Look forward to seeing what this director does next! Watch this film!

What can I say?? I love it!

I seriously loved every second of this movie. It's actual art! Jeff is a rising star in this genre and I look forward to seeing all that he puts out. Check it out!

    DID NOT see that coming!

This bizarre indie starts off ok, but pays off with a twist that I did not see coming. I love it when I am surprised.

Great low budget indie horror from Jeff Frumess!

I really enjoyed this movie. I watched it online after the title caught my attention. I knew it was a low budget flick with relatively unknown actors but I was pleasantly surprised by the flick. It's very well written, the cinematography is quite good and I love the whole aesthetic of the black and what, film noir type of atmosphere. Bonus points for featuring Nim Vind here, lots of lot in the horror punk community for him/the band. The quirky beginning of the film is a bit strange given the tone of the rest of the film but I still got a kick out of "Cheesecake of Love" and found myself singing it around the house, I recommend watching this if you like indie flicks, weird horror, or atmospheric pictures. It's definitely a midnight movie, check it out!

The Grandma is played by the director's Grandma. But her body is played by Dave Street (Uncle Elmo) in the film. Grandma's body and face were shot over a year a part.
    • Alternate versions
Evil never dies cut: There is a shorter cut of the film that removes all of the last minute Grave Digger additions (a hasty rewrite) and ends with Dale sealing James into the wall of his basement boiler room.
