When K.C. (Zendaya) says she was in the mood for pink lemonade not the kind they had, Jolie (Bella Thorne) says it never hurts to "shake it up", referencing the Disney Channel Series Shake It Up (2010), which lasted 3 seasons that Zendaya and Bella Thorne previously appeared together in as the Main Characters, Rocky Blue and Cece Jones respectively.

Goofs
At the barbecue K.C. squirts ketchup on Jolie's shirt and jacket leaving a stain. Later at the school we see Jolie with the same outfit on without the stain.
