    Color Me Surprised!

This is the tenth episode of the first season of 12 Monkeys. I found this to be a solid episode highlighted by some very interesting, surprising moments. The story once again gets twisted around by a twist we discover at the ending. The main theme in this episode is family, and unfortunately there are some disheartening moments in that regard.

In this episode, "Divine Move," the core is now working so Jones sends Cole to 2015 where he finds Railly and Aaron to tell them that the virus is still out there. Railly believes the creator of the virus, Peters may have a copy of it still. Back in 2043, Ramses hides his family in an abandoned amusement park, but their safety may not last for long.

Overall, this is a good episode that has many great moments. There are some slow moments and some moments where our brains get twisted around. But I loved the ending, and now the series is taking the turn for the bold.

    My Grade: A-

Jennifer Goines: Can't stop the plague. No, can't undo that.

José Ramse: You know who started it?

Jennifer Goines: Yes. No. There's only one who truly knows. Sees. Did see. Will see. The Witness.

José Ramse: How do I find him?

Jennifer Goines: Tell me where Cole is and I'll give you what you need.

José Ramse: Cole's gone. I don't know where. How do you know what I need?

      [she produces an amulet]

Jennifer Goines: Take it. It's yours. You're gonna need it later. You're a good friend. Not yet. But you will be.
