Sansa at long last hits her stride!

Though I've cheered for Sansa from the beginning, the performance of Sophie Turner just wasn't what it should have been. As a late-comer to GAME OF THRONES I had first seen her in BARELY LETHAL, so I knew she was capable of living up to expectations. Less physical performance in this episode, but with acting that makes her the standout character... Well, till the end, Daenerys of course adds fire in more ways than one...

So, Sansa made it an eight, and Daenerys made it a nine.

    It just keeps getting better!

This season is only getting better, more tense, more satisfying and gives us thrilling scenes that leaves you more and more excited for the rest of the season!

It is around this episode, that I realized that this season is gonna be like season four, with storylines comming together, and pay off to earlier events and character arcs!

We also get some emotional and long awaited reunions in this episode! This really feel like that season that is ment to satisfy and please, which it certainly will!

This episode also had sone great moments of character and you can really tell how far they have come since the beginning!

Now taking back Winterfell is inevatable and I am ON BOARD!! Danearys also shows her strength and power and I cant wait to ser what will come out of this!

    Just wow!

    Outstanding episode

Now the real war has just began, Jon is now take over Winterfell and i knew in the end that Khallesi is gonna rule these people again. Great episode so far.

The most impressive scene is the triomphal victory of Mother of Dragons . The most delicate - the letter of Ramsay about Rickon and, sure, the meet between poor Loras and his sister. An episode of new beginnings. And about manner to propose the peace in own manner, from the negotiation between Tyron and the slave masters to the dialogue between Cersei and Lady Olenna.Good seeds, inspired premises.

    What an episode!

Season 6 does it again, with another outstanding episode. It is perfectly paced this time around, with each character getting a reasonable amount of screen time without it being rushed over.

The scenes with Tyrion and others have to some of his best scenes in a long time. The writing is yet again fantastic. Seeing two characters meet up again after so long, was one of the most tear-jerking scenes in a TV show period. Cersei becoming more of a bad ass this time around, gaining others to her side, and it looks like House Lannister and Tyrell might actually form an alliance.

This episode was great throughout, there was not one dull moment, and again with Ramsey being one step ahead of everyone around him, leading to a shocking scene. But all of this leads to one of the best endings in the show so far. Throughout seasons 4-5, people have said that Dany has had little to do, but if they say that again after this episode, well, they are just haters. She shows her true powers, since season 1. It is all played around to feel like season 1 finale, and it doesn't disappoint. This also helps when there is an extraordinary soundtrack playing in the background.

Brilliant episode, season 6 is the best season along with season 4. 10/10

    • Trivia
Emilia Clarke was reported to refuse any more nudity in the show after the second season, and so it was assumed that a body double was used for her final scene, where she emerges from a blazing building naked and unburnt. However, she confirmed doing it herself, clarifying she refused only gratuitous nudity, not that integral to the story. The scenes where Daenerys is either having sex nude or being shown nude from the waist down are filmed with Emilia's body double Rosie Mac filling in for her, the two look so much alike they could almost pass for twins.
    • Goofs
The High Sparrow tells Margaery his father was a cobbler, but describes his work as that of a shoemaker (cordwainer) - a cobbler is a shoe repairer, a common error but one that should not be made by someone who was so close to the business.
    • Quotes

Tyrion Lannister: Trust me. My own recent experience with slavery has taught me the horrors of that institution.

Missandei: How many days were you a slave?

Tyrion Lannister: Long enough to know.

Missandei: Not long enough to understand.
