    I Love This

I think this was one of their best episodes of this powerful series . Screw the self-centered, delusional attitude of most of the people who rated this episode. All they moaned about was losing Doctor McDreamy, their only reason for watching this series. Poor demented people who saw themselves being with Patrick Dempsey and being loved by him, instead of the pathetic boring losers they are. Stop projecting your stupid and ignorent thoughts on a well written powerfully acted series and GET A LIFE! Meanwhile back to the story,,, a unique and emotionally tale of loss and redemption with a tour de force performance by aformentioned Patrick Dempsey. One of the BEST episodes of the series. Bittersweetly heroic and tragically uplifting. More Like This!

    No good actors left

This used to be a great show. I remember I started watching it by accident at the gym. And I got stuck. The same way I had got stuck on ER at the beginning. Back then, when some good actors were playing. Burk was a good actor. George was a good actor. Izzy was a great actress. Lexie too! What to say about Christina! Or Teddy, the best actress ever on the show. Now we are left with poor, untalented Jo and the unbearable Owen. Not to mention Aimilia. The three of them are trying to act in a realistic way, but their acting is like a third rate movie's. What a pity! We'll stop watching this after 10 years. It should have ended 2-3 years before, I think.

    Oh man..

As I sit here having just watched this episode, I have to be honest, after reading the previous reviews and seeing it's score, I didn't know what to expect. No, it wasn't perfect, and yes there were inconsistencies, but it doesn't detract from the impact this episode had. I am currently watching every episode (for the first time) and I have to be honest, this one hurt. It's very difficult to watch all of our "Day Ones" leave us that's for sure. I'm really not sure where we go from here...

Dr. Derek Shepherd: [thinking to himself] My head. Look at my head.

Paul: Sedation, please. You need to calm down, buddy.

Dr. Penelope Blake: He's a surgeon. He's a surgeon and he just saved everyone from the car accident that just came through.

Paul: Doctor, we're gonna sedate you now so we can secure your airway. You're gonna be fine.

Dr. Derek Shepherd: [thinking to himself] No. I'm not. You need to wait.

Dr. Penelope Blake: [as Derek tries to grab her arm] It's okay. We've got you. It's all gonna be okay.

Dr. Derek Shepherd: [thinking to himself] This isn't right. You should have taken me to get a head C.T.

Dr. Penelope Blake: His pressure's holding. Maybe we should get the scan.

Dr. Derek Shepherd: [thinking to himself] Yes, listen to her.

Paul: Too risky. He could bottom out in the scanner. We need to open him up. Find the source of the bleeding.

Dr. Derek Shepherd: [thinking to himself] No, you don't. You have the time.

Paul: We have to work fast, people.

Dr. Derek Shepherd: [thinking to himself] I'm stable. Guys, I'm stable. Take me to get the head C.T.

Paul: Let's set up for an ex lap. Coming through.

Dr. Derek Shepherd: [thinking to himself] I'm going to die because these people aren't properly trained.
