Marooned with Ed Stafford

I don't know if the producers encourage it or if it's just how so many outdoor survivalists are but it seems to be a trend of filming themselves eating and utterly smacking the food with their mouths open. I grew up on a huge cattle ranch, spent the majority of my life in the outdoors but I was also raised with manors. Chew with your mouth closed. I love these shows but struggle to get through so many episodes due to this one simple thing. I really started noticing it on Survivorman and now it's just the nails on the chalkboard with all of them it seems.

That aside, this show really emphasizes how much natural skill Ed has. The ingenuity and resourcefulness he demonstrates is impressive.

Definitely a show worth watching if you enjoy the raw outdoor survival thing.
