Good movie about Faith in God and His Healing.
This is a good movie. It demonstrates the hard lessons that life throws at us when things beyond our control slam into us. Our policemen and first responders have a very difficult job. They put their lives on the line every day. This movie works to show that and how a faith in God is so important when things go crashing into us. There are parts of the movie that could be improved, but overall, this is a good movie. I enjoyed watching it. This policeman had his life upended suddenly and completely. And it's a true story. God bless you as you watch it.
Horrible
I love baseball. Just because a movie has baseball in it, doesn't make it good. Same with Christian movies. Just because Jesus is in it somewhere, doesn't make it good.
The acting was horrible, production was sadly, poor and the directing was non-existent.

Uplifting
Like all Christian driven films, this film is sappy and emotional. This is not a negative, my opinion.
One must look beyond the strong religious undercurrent and recognize the positive message...which is valid for any person of faith.
Since the story is based on actual events, it is more powerful. This is worth watching if you are a person of faith or are looking for an uplifting movie...but be prepared for a good deal of sappy emotionalism.
Sometimes sappy emotionalism should be embraced ... I cannot be the only fan of Hallmark and Lifetime movies.
If you are a fan of films from Hallmark and Lifetime, I think you will enjoy this.

It made want to become an athiest
I could never get emotionally involved with the story. The main character's acting was wooden and unemotional. There were a few contrived laughs that I found to be not so funny.
