Vindication is my new favorite show. I enjoyed season 1 but become glued to season 2 staying up late because I had to find out what was happening next! So many times the show took some jaw dropping turns that I didn't see coming! But all suspense aside, I love all of these characters! They are flawed but enduring: Gary, Becky, Tre, Kris, Janet, Kevin--I love them all! And crime doesn't just happen in New York, DC or Chicago. It can happen in a small town in Texas where you know everyone. I love how the solving of a particular crime turns into a bigger life lesson for Gary Travis. Jarod O'Flaherty is a great writer and director! Season 3 the suspense was off the charts and I can't wait for season 4! :D.
Todd Terry stars in this police drama which has just enough police situations and
just enough religion to satisfy both genres. This is now being shown on TCT and
who knows they may order more episodes if it clicks with that audience.
Old fashioned detective Terry has the usual family problems with wife and teenage daughter. He seems surrounded by females and he's also showing the ropes as a training officer to a new female detective. I did have a chuckle when interviewing a witness he takes out his notepad and she her tablet. I feel for you, I can't get the hang of those things either.
The series is hardly likely to make prime time though.

If you're searching for a compelling police drama that balances crime-solving with deeper themes of morality and family, look no further than Vindication. This series seamlessly blends police situations with moments of faith, offering something for both genres. What sets this show apart is its commitment to portraying real-life issues, such as emotional and spiritual struggles and societal challenges, without resorting to sensationalism. The engaging writing, solid performances, and thoughtful pacing ensure you'll be invested from start to finish. With its unique approach and relatable characters, Vindication is definitely a show worth binge-watching-perfect for those looking for something more meaningful than your average crime series!
I am pleasantly surprised by this series in every way possible. Good writing, quality acting, solid camera work, great storyline, and an added bonus, they hired an experienced sound engineer (it's a running joke at our house how Christian productions all seem to hire the same incompetent sound engineer). Sincerely hoping for and looking forward to additional seasons.
Not a bad little mini series but where can I watch the rest of the season? My opinion, it was a little short, had a few camera bumps but all in all not bad.
