The ever more PC citizens of South Park decide that they no longer need a police force. As the first American town to get rid of their cops, they plan to celebrate their advanced sensibilities with a PC Carnival.

After he accidentally shoots a Latino child, Officer Barbrady is fired, and some citizens of South Park try to rid the town of its police force altogether. Meanwhile, Kenny's "ninja gang" catches the attention of people scared that they are involved with ISIS.
