Enjoyable from the opening sequence to the last battle... highly recommended. The characters themselves each displayed their own uniqueness - all entertaining in their own right.
The story flowed well and each scene had a well developed story that lead into the next.
Really looking forward to a sequel to pick up where this left off.

I was privileged to see this film before its official release. It's an excellent Aussie twist on the zombie movie genre.
The characters are an endearing mixture of the courageous, the gullible, and the plain unfortunate.
It's a fabulous surrealist comedy with brilliant performances and great cinematography. I greatly look forward to seeing it again and again.

It's so good to see an original, quirky and fun film that also delivers a poignant, clever and at times moving story. Ellie Stewart is going to be a superstar - and with Jeanette Coppolino, Kym Valentine and Ruby James she leads us through this amazing adventure. A cast of literally thousands, including Ian Smith, Dane Simpson, Luke Benson, Don Bridges, James Antonas and the hilarious duo of Helen Ellis and Janine Evans provide genuine laugh out loud moments along the way. This film deserves a sequel or two!
If you're a zombie enthusiast, this film is an absolute must-see! With jaw-dropping direction and breathtaking cinematography, it plunges you into a creepy atmosphere that you'll never forget. The cast delivers electrifying performances that add incredible depth and authenticity to the gripping storyline. This movie masterfully combines suspense and thrills, ensuring you're glued to your seat from start to finish! Don't miss out on this exhilarating ride!
I recently had the opportunity to preview Residence and was thoroughly impressed. Its a wonderfully crafted piece of Australian cinema by turns heartfelt, hilarious and genuinely surprising. I found myself laughing, tearing up and was even caught off guard by a few jump scares. Kym Valentine delivers a stand out performance and it was a delight to see Ian Smith (Harold Bishop) on the screen again. The film captures the unique charm and emotional depth that Australian stories do so well.
As a long time supporter of local cinema, it's inspiring to see film makers who not only talk about creating art but take the bold step of investing their own resources to bring it to life. That kind of passion and commitment deserves an audience and recognition. I look forward to seeing this film reach a wider release and continuing to support homegrown storytelling on the big screen.
