The movie was nice because of the location it was screened. Beautiful locations of Mauritius with some thrill and action. As for acting, nothing was so special. Most of the jokes were so cheesy and meaningless. Jahangir's character was the worst of all. No acting, just happening to fool things around. Besides, there was so much hide and seek which looks so unreal. Sanam Saeed looks the most composed and real actor among all. She looked so graceful and perfect in his role. But other characters were joke. I must say The story line has been compiled beautifully. So overall it is a nice movie and a great step for the revival of film industry in Pakistan. I would recommend you to watch it.
This is really an awesome movie. The story is really so good. Good job!
A nice attempt by the Pakistani Cinema. Although there was no need for a Indian/Pakistani plot but overall the movie made for a good experience at the box office. Some people may call it a Pakistani version of the Bollywood movie "Bajrangi Bhaijan" and yes there may be certain similarities but still it is different. The movie was shot in scenic Mauritius. The story is seamlessly shot with no loose script. Am glad that the songs were played in the background when required. The acting was not as strong as should be but even then better than all of the Indian movies I have yet seen as most Bollywood movies have no depth in their stories. Despite not having the massive budget like Bollywood movies, it is a decent movie able to give Bollywood movies a run for their money. Hope the Bollywood Movie Moguls can channel in some funds and see how good movies can be made. The script is clean and can be watched with family. Highly recommended for all.
Since its revival Pakistani movies are struggling with almost every possible aspect a film has. Poor to fair direction, lousy storytelling and articulation of the premise, bad choreography and music and above them all Pakistani movies gives more of a television experience rather a cinematic experience. But Bachaana is different, simple story with a great chemistry between Mohib Mirza and Sanam Saeed is the heart and soul of the movie. Considering Lollywood of 2016 everything can be ignored Infront of the Leading Actors who really leads the movie from the front. Their acting supported the script well. Lighthearted, laughable Rom-Com with Humor that will surely bring smile to its audiences.
Not highly impressed but still can be recomended. Also haven't seen Mohib Mirza and Sanam Saeed since then, I guess they are the actors which should lead the Lollywood from the front as they have that capability to engage the audience
Well great, now i will have to write 1000 words for a movie like this and waste more time after wasting 1 hour and 40 precious minutes of my life watching it.From start to end this movie is nothing but an utter disappointment, jokes are such cheesy and washed up that you don't even know you are supposed to laugh on them or curse the moment when you decided you waste your hard earned money on this film.Nothing can be said about acting!!... because there is no acting at all.Everything the lead pair do is super cringe worthy and highly unrealistic.Almost all the scenes look forcefully inserted to fool the cinema goers to suck some bucks out of their pockets.I am all in for revival of our film industry but seriously if it has to happen at the cost of movies like this then thanks we are better with our industry sinking down to the bottom of ocean because movies like this do more harm than good. Please please please do no believe the paid reviews of newspapers and all that false praises, believe me i have seen this from start to end and suffered in agony and regret, the cinema was half full and of that half full many left before the interval except some stupid fans like me who hoped movie would get better later but alas! it never happened.Do not make the same mistake as me if you value your money and time, if you did even after this warning then there would be no bigger fool than you.
