I never heard of Tony Hinchcliffe before watching this stand-up comedy so it was all a surprise. It was a pleasant surprise though with a good entertaining show. His nerdy looks makes him look gay, and he likes to play with that. It's always good when a comedian can laugh with himself, making jokes about your own 'defaults' is a good way to open the path for sarcasm about all the rest. His jokes are most of the time sarcastic, that kind of subtle sarcasm that just works all the time. I will definitely watch more shows from him in the future, I liked his comedy, it's a good hour of fun and easy entertainment.
I wanted to give this guy a chance I'd heard about him for a while, he's kinda cute so why not but wow. He is a punch down type of comedian, the least clever type of humour. I found it's depressing and he totally lacked nuance, and genuine laughter, never again. Don't bother there are so many other smarter comedians who have material that's fresh, clever and funny. I don't even care that he's a supposed Trump guy at this point apparently, you can't hate all Trumpets but he makes it hard to like him because the comedy is just a big massive sigh of exhaustion in a dark way. He's obvsy not a new comedian so I just don't think I'd ever bother again because if this is him now this is him forever. My friends and I watched it and were so bored. We had to cleanse our minds with Louis CK stand up after to wipe the memory.
