Great actors help this complex teaching to get through in our busy lives.
Life deals us many lessons - problem is we don't learn them. This film gets through at many levels. It even has unexpected plot twists . Mostly it was an important lesson about what we choose to value and how we lose the people we need to love fully and without judgement. A deep film with wonderful actors. Great actors help this complex teaching to get through in our busy lives, especially the lead, the DreamSeller. I understand the book is great - I would guess that the translation into English has lost some of the power of the language and the lesson.
The acting is great. I loved the child actors coming from both wealth and privilege to children on the street with no one to care for them.
Yet, both the wealthy child and the poor child just wants and needs, a loving parent. These child actors help this complex teaching to get through in our busy lives.

A movie with a message that matters!
This is a great movie. Ignore bad reviews! I recommend everyone to watch this movie.
Please don't base your decision on the movie's rating.
This is a true gem; it teaches you how to overlook the trivial things in life and wreck your own life; it's all about finding that coma and writing the story you want to live.
A Special Film For All
Ignore the naysayers! Anti materialist heavenly film - we need more films like this in this heartless world of me me me money money money and all the artificial B/S of modern living.
Beautiful movie
Had no idea what it was about and just watched it at random. Fell in love with it - it will be part of my 'spiritual center' movies or movies I go to when I'm feeling out of sorts and needing to get back to myself. Little nuggets of wisdom and phrases sprinkled in that resonate deeply. The expressiveness of the main character is truly beautiful - kudos to the actor. To be fair, the story isn't anything overly surprising as it unfolds - but the telling of it is done masterfully and with great care. If you are feeling lost, buried, overwhelmed, watch it. If you are looking for something beautiful, touching, refreshing, watch it. Don't over analyze - just go along for the ride and enjoy.
