After a bar fight results in a fatality, an American soldier named "Jake" (Cam Gigandet) is sent to a top-secret prison where only those with classified information are imprisoned. As it so happens, however, this prison also contains drones and missiles used to hit terrorist targets elsewhere in the world. Not only that, but a nuclear warhead is also kept there as well. That being the case it is an extremely tempting target for an Afghan warlord named "General Khan" (Arash Mokhtar) whose family was killed by the Americans-and he wants vengeance. To that end he hires a mercenary by the name of "Colonel Irving" (Michael Dale) who proceeds to hire a crack team in order to take the secret base by force. What he doesn't count on are the prisoners who have managed to obtain their release in all of the confusion and are equally intent on stopping them from getting their hands on a nuclear weapon. Now rather than reveal any more I will just say that this film had potential but suffered from a lack of imagination, bad acting, poorly written script and an extremely predictable plot. That being said, I have rated it accordingly. Below average.
I'm watching this right now and I am fighting to get to the end of it. A by the numbers script can work with decent acting which is completely absent anywhere in this movie. Add ridiculous scenarios and the lowest of production values into the mix and this movie is right at the top of the list to deservedly sink without a trace. Garbage simple as that.

ACTION
War Vet Jake (Cam Gigandet) gets knocked out after a brawl from a bar, he ends up in a military prison along with 5 other people all locked up for different reasons. It is during then a contracted mercenary lead by Colonel Irving (Michael Dale) breaks into the military prison compound for the intention of controlling a dangerous drone motivating six prisoners to break out of jail for the intention of preventing this from happening.
Because some of the military men locked up are locked up for a reason some resort to helping the hired mercs themselves, with the action scenes being second rate and uninspiring.

Which is kind of rare these days
Low budget action flick, acting is in the ok to mediocre range, action music is done well, sound effects are done well, dialogue is easy to understand, lighting is ok
Some blood, Lots of F words, some smoking, no drugs alcohol or nudity
Some of the characters seem uninspired, others were ok
all in all I did not enjoy the movie, it did not seem inspired

- GoofsAt the end, when Jake is apprehensive about seeing his daughter, he looks in the mirror to see the bear he bought her in the back in a seat belt. He gets out of the car a second later, we see Jake already with the bear in his had from the driver's seat.
