- Jonathan Zachary: In New York, see, my mom and a friend moved in together for, like, rent reasons, and her friend has two daughters. And so then, you know, they're my "somewhat" siblings - they're not stepsiblings or anything. And so...
- Johnny Carson: You're livin' with four women?
- Jonathan Zachary: [shakes head, sighs] Yeah. Have you ever tried it?
- Johnny Carson: Yeah. Yeah... One at a time.
- Christopher Reeve: [on doing research for "Street Smart", meeting prostitutes with undercover cops] They recognize me, and there's sort of a little bidding war going on for various, uh, combinations, and goods and services. And, uh, I begin to think maybe - maybe they think that I'm a little better than I actually am. Maybe they think that I'm Superman here, or something. So, uh... and I had a - you know, I was - I kinda thought, "What would - what would Superman do in this situation?" I realized there's, like, two responses. There's the good Superman, and there's the bad Superman.
- Johnny Carson: Is there a bad Superman?
- Christopher Reeve: Well, the bad Superman would, like, take 'em all on, and the good Superman - the good Superman would say, "Uh, you girls look cold in those skimpy clothes. Why don't we go get some hot chocolate?"
