Samuel Barnett dislocated his right arm while filming the bridge scene.

Goofs
On the bridge, Farah is shown wearing a welding mask, yet when we see her point of view, we see a clear view of the scene in front of her. A welding mask's glass is too dark to see anything but the light off a welding torch, so Farah would be effectively blind.
