During a flashback with Jeff, when he was in his commanding officer's office discussing a transfer, Jeff overheard a news item on a TV outside the office. He walked out to watch the news update about Holden waking from his coma. The news station then showed a photo of adult Holden, standing outside somewhere. As he had just awoke from his coma, there wouldn't have been any current photos of him, just photos from his youth.
