Diggerz: Black Lung Rises

I won't do much here other than to say the reviews in IMDB are accurate. This is a poorly made movie in every facet. The acting and directing are "drama club" level, the camera work looks like it was done on a high quality home camcorder, and the special fx are simply laughable. I never take IMDB avg ratings as the Bible, and this movie is a perfect example of why. I suspect that numerous folks who worked on the film, their families, and friends each voted in the 8-10 star range. Sadly, this film barely gets off the ground. I regret watching very few movies, as there is almost always something of value hidden in 90 minutes, but this is a true regret...AND it's just shy of two hours.

Do yourself a favor...pass on this one. I only watch indie horror these days, so I can appreciate minute budgets when In the hands of a capable director, cast, and script. This fails on all three. Loads of better films out there. I take my reviews very seriously - check'em out- so I hope you'll heed this warning.

I can only blame my insomnia for sitting through this absolute insult to the genre and to the audience that come across it,the makeup of the monster is abysmal looking like someone paper mache'd a balloon,stuck some goggles on it and plonked it on the actors head,the diggerz character,who is supposed to male is clearly female with a dodgy beard glued on and the overall effects throughout the entire movie are horrendous ,then we come to the relentless bad dialogue that just keeps assaulting you ears with just how bad it is,note to script writers,NOBODY on the planet talks like this!,with dialog this bad and zero acting skills it comes as no surprise that the acting is a complete travesty as well,so bad that you should just save yourself two hours of pure torture and never watch this movie.

Lighten up people, its a great B horror movie with a plot and some laughs. Loved it.

If you like B horror than this for you. Some corny some good some laughing lyrics seeable but great all the same. Lighthearted b-movie. I recommend.

Imbd is saying my review is to short. So you have lore, a difficult case with an unbelievable culprit. I don't want to ruin the movie for you guys. Go in cold, don't look it up, just make some popcorn and enjoy.

Holy mackerel, still 2 short. If you have a sense of humor, you'll have a few chuckles. Dis I mention there is a good plot to follow? Only 16 characters needed1. Enjoy!

This is TERRIBLE... What a waste of time. I agree this isn't even a B movie. Not worth your time.

If you fast forward through it, it makes it a little better.
