    A Great Pilot.

    Pilots for every tv show seem to be on a spectrum of terrible to awful to alright to decent to okay and you get the picture.

    This pilot, however, is great it captures you from the get-go. Each character is unique and captivating and their chemistry is brilliant. You're sad when the episode ends. But excited for the next to the episode to watch to see how the story unfolds.

    The Good Pilot

    At long last I'm getting around to watching The Good Place after so much critical and viewer acclaim over the years. I felt I was missing a lot by missing out on The Good Place. Episode 1, the beginning, was a nice and gentle start that raised questions about right and wrong in the context of eternal life.

    Nice Beginning

    My son talked me into watching this show. I sat back thinking, "Another lame sitcom." Well, it turned out that the characters, the plot, and direction, not to mention the writing, are hilarious. We have a central character who finds herself in this perfect world through a freak accident and who admits she "doesn't belong here. So what does she do. She brings her disgusting, selfish personality into "heaven."
