A collection of absurd situations that will lead to final redemption
The film begins with an absurd situation: a young woman shackles herself on the train tracks protesting against something that she does not even know what it is. On the train, a young man who goes to his father's wedding and, without knowing anything else, invites the young woman to pass by his girlfriend for the nest three days. Everything and everyone seems exotic: the sister, who uses a bear skin and stinks, the father, who enters a tank with fish to treat eczema; the house where they live, which looks like an abandoned warehouse. Oh, and they own a zoo. In this context of chaos, this family will be reunited, while the father is getting married (or not) and the zoo will be sold. There are no answres, just a collection of absurd situations, that lead to a final redemption.
A quirky faux-couple visit a dysfunctional zoo-running family, sparking comedic chaos, emotional twists, and an unexpected evolution of their relationship
Félix Moati meets Laetitia Dosch on a train and asks her to accompany him to his father's remarriage, to make his family believe that Laetitia Dosch is his girlfriend during this future wedding. She agrees to play along. It turns out that she will meet his entire family: his father, his partner, his sister, and his brother. The father and his family run a zoo in the countryside; a real zoo with lots of animals. This adds a lot of visual elements and structures the dramatic arc. The father is comical, to say the least. The sister is special (spoiler alert: she thinks she's a bear, literally), and the brother manages the zoo, which causes him significant mental overload. In short, this ensemble is the perfect prelude to telling this boy-meets-girl story with multiple dramatic twists and turns. One of these is the evolution of the relationship between Félix Moati and Laetitia Dosch.
The story has many twists and turns that keep the viewer captivated, with a conclusion that we try to guess, but which is not what we expected. A light-hearted film based on the boy-meets-girl theme, but which ultimately tells us about three couples...

Surprisingly good :)
I had been longing to watch a movie which breaks the stereotypes of modern movies. I did not have very high expectations about this one, but it kept me interested till the end. An enjoyable movie with good actors and some very interesting ideas.
