This new "TLC" reality series "Dr. Pimple Popper" is one that's interesting and blunt and a little gross by showing actual scenes and procedures of dermatologist Dr. Sandra Lee removing things like moles, cyst, skin tags, and other lumps from parts all over the body from different people from all around the country! The show is unique for showing the way that these skin disorders can be removed and dealt with. Even though it's a little gross to see all of the liquid and puss come out from opened up cysts! Still Dr. Lee helps a lot of ashamed people who now feel better after having these growths removed as it gives them better appearance and self confidence! So give this show an appointment it's a cut above all other medical reality shows.
1) I think it's hysterical that in the lower-rated reviews, folks complain about this show being gross and want it taken off the air. Don't watch it then!
2) I have no idea why, but I just am fascinated by watching goop come out of things on this show. I'm sure it has to do equally with Dr. Sandra Lee's kind and comforting personality and technique. And you can learn a little.
Some people don't like football, me included.
People vary. Go figure.

First, Dr. Sandra Lee possesses a charming and caring personality for this type of reality show. Her projection of empathy for each patient seems honest and real.
I can understand how some viewers are put-off by the subject matter of this show. But I find it fascinating to see how the human body can create things that are grotesque and debilitating and how Dr. Lee finds a way to treat these humiliating growths to give each person some relief from their misery.
The second season is starting off great!

You'll see every oddity here. Dr Pimple Popper is Sandra Lee, who rise to fame with your YouTube channel. She is an extremely caring and professional dermatologist and deals with all sorts of cases.
The majority of her cases turn out to be fatty cysts, but she removes them from all over the body, where they have blighted the lives of her patients. Seeing someone go in with a lump on their forehead that causes them insecurities due to their appearance, then leave with a minimal scar and a rejuvenated outlook on life is amazing.
It's a good job we don't have 'smellyvision' as some of those sebaceous cysts are extremely smelly!
Dr Lee's fun outlook, kind and compassionate nature, and genuine love of her job because she literally changes lives is infectious - in a good way!
Procedures can be a bit stomach turning to watch, but you can seem to turn away.
Dr Popper is funny in how she really enjoys popping cyst & etc.
