After the previous episode, the unit is under intense scrutiny. It matters not that the whole thing ended up in a huge success because toes were stepped on. This is another episode where certain members of the government have the same smell as the dead fish in the beginning. The key is a chip that holds information that could be adapted by terrorists. It needs to be recovered, but those who are leading the investigation are complicit in the whole business. Once again, we see that Red could be the most powerful man in America as he observes the pratfalls of those in power, including the President. Well crafted story.
