    My favorite episode!

This is truly well directed! Unexpected and dynamic. The ending scenes are a whirlwind of adrenaline, desperation and terror.

    Another great episode, stunning ending

Overall this episode was a great as many in this season, but I had to specifically give praise to the absolutely remarkable camerawork in the closing scene. The way the camera seamlessly transitioned between removed observer and a character embedded in the scene, nearly akin to found footage, made my jaw drop. Never seen anything like that. Took what would have been an exciting plot development and elevated it to pure art, huge props to everyone involved in coordinating that scene.

    Thyra owned this

Thyra owned this episode, even if she was really only in a few scenes, they were heartfelt and well acted. The storyline was well developed and a few really great moments.

Around 29:42 when Pyrlig has won the fight and is holding his sword to his opponent's throat in his right hand, he speaks loudly to Erik and Sigefrid, but his head is still facing his opponent. The camera angle shifts and his sword is in his left hand and his head is turned toward Erik and Sigefrid. Just before the camera angle shifts again, he is lowering his sword. When the camera angle does shift, the sword is held high back in his right hand and his head is turned again towards his opponent, still speaking to Erik and Sigefrid.
