J. Edgar, Crate, & Barrel

Harry continues to investigate the murder and to listen to the reports of police brutality in exacting a confession from an innocent black man. The torture was brutal. Eleanor continues putting her life in danger to play cards and seek information. There is corruption up and down the line at this point. So far Harry hasn't fallen into disfavor. His new partner finally has had enough. The Chinese are involved in something.

Trivia
Although this scene with Bosch and Sergeant Snyder at the coroner's was filmed on stage, "Bosch" is one of only a few productions ever granted access to film inside the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner's office located on Mission Road (see The Thing About Secrets (2016)).

Goofs
When Detective Robertson questions Pamela Duncan about her husband's whereabouts during Howards murder she says he was on a "red eye" from New York. All red eye flights begin west of of where a person is flying, flying through the night to land at your destination in the early morning. Therefore it would be impossible for her husband to be flying on a red eye from New York to Los Angeles.

Seems like she didn't know the definition either.
