Originally, Sadie Katz was only cast to do a brief cameo, but she read the script and loved the sex-crazed demon bus driver so she wanted to play it instead. But the producers said they couldn't afford her. Katz talked to her manager and told the producers she'd be willing to work within their tight budget including doing the extensive nudity which she usually charges more for. Katz said she loved the character and loved getting naked so it was a win-win.
Sadie Katz said this is like one of those movies from the 80s or 90s full of blood and boobs that every 13-year old jerks off to.
