This ep didn't do it for me, long time sunny fan but this lacked that vibe and felt forced.
Mac is loosing his appeal and charlie is almost ....dare i say it...normal?! *dramatic bell*
The entire show was terrific. There was some laugh out loud moments with is rare for modern situation comedies. It will make many critics top 10 or 15 episodes of the series imho.
Honestly, I'm a huge IASIP fan but they are missing huge this season so far. I have maybe chuckled once or twice the first two episodes. With these other big ratings coming in, I feel like it's necessary to bring it back down because it simply isn't good right now and they need to right the ship or it's going into tanksville. I sincerely hope they figure it out, or they're going to get cancelled when their next contract is up.
As a person who has seen every epsiode of sunny multiple times this episode has the classic sunny feel throughout. I wasnt a huge fan of last season and even the first episode of this season for me missed the mark this one gets the gang back on track.
From Charlie never understanding what is going on, Frank reminiscing about the "good old days", and Dee having horrible timing this episode has the classic sunny feel.
Any show that has been on for 14 seasons is just gonna feel like they are doing the same stuff over and over but even though this episode tackles issues they have in the past it doesnt have the feel of rebooted BS but staying true to what they are and giving the fans what they want as this episode so keenly points out

I don't understand some of the bad reviews of this episode. While I'll be the first one to admit that season 13 wasn't really that funny and I was worried that the same level of mediocracy from season 13 will spill into season 14. However, I couldn't have been more wrong! So far, season 14 is amazing!
It has that same familiar "feel" of the gang from earlier seasons.
As far as this episode goes, I think it was even funnier than the first one. They way they tackle current hot subjects and make fun of everyone, while being hypocritical is what this gang is about. The jokes were excellent, I laughed throughout the entire episode! go watch it!
