This show is always great but this episode topped it all. I've never laughed so hard I had tears. The writing and acting from these guys, especially this episode, is the most clever I've seen, and from such a simple idea too. Do yourself a favor and watch this. Won't be disappointed.
The episode itself is written in a way that builds up towards a dramatic ending: there is a jumper, and the gang needs to decide what they're doing. But it just doesn't live up to the excitement of the decision they've reached. There was so much more they could've done that would lead to humorous situations. How funny would it be to see Cricket on that roof doing his thing? To have Dennis once again interacting with the reporter? Or even, to have Dee getting her car destroyed by having the jumper falling on it? Even the punch line at the end falls short, as Cricket could just shrug his shoulders and go ahead anyway.
In the end, it's a frustrating episode for me at least.

This episode had some very intelligent humor compared to the rest of the season, especially the last few episodes. It truly had the feeling of the previous great seasons and had that classic IASIP atmosphere with it. While it saddens me that this is one of the only two remotely funny episodes this season, I truly hope Rob and Tom recognize that the writing in this episode was exactly what they should have been doing the rest of the season.
I've seen a lot of people talk about how the episodes in this season have been 'classic sunny' but I haven't agreed, although I think all the episodes this season have been consistently quality and miles better than last seasons episodes, this episode really felt like a classic sunny episode in all respects, the other episodes this season have been really good but every time you watch an episode it feels different than some of the older seasons and it's very obvious the show has changed, really hope they can see how well this episode has gone down with viewers and try to replicate the same sort of thing in the future
This episode is amazing, probably the best so far in this season. "Id pobably take my business elsewhere". lol I love those guys.
