    Just Drivel

This has collapsed faster than a zombies head from a blow of Rick's Axe. Ok, it's never been the most cranial series but, a new low. I am writing this after watching next weeks episode, which is worse!

The cast are just not good enough actors to carry this. Will the next season get made?

Showing the emotional conflict of Eugene was effective in my opinion, but that cannot save this episode. It is way too slow, and daryl acts like a maniacal idiot.

So What Did We Learn Tonight?

Eugene is suddenly the HNIC as Negan declares him to be the second most important Savior dude (Hope it works out better for him than it did for the Governor's brainiac side kick). Eugene was so excited he didn't know Negan wanted a handshake and not a hand kiss. Good thing for Eugene Negan didn't drop his trou or Eugene would have had another to chomp or not to chomp moment.

Dwight and Daryl both appear so obsessed with killing Negan that they don't seem to mind possibly dying themselves, if necessary, in the process. I love bad azz Daryl as it reminds me of his brother Merle, but Dwight is having the best character arc of everyone.

Looks like Jadis use to be a groupie as she is determined to make herself a plaster caster of Rick-n-box and his junk. This bunch has GOT to be the most unrealistic of all the various groups encountered thus far in TWD. Bunch of no good, do nothing junkies.

Father Gabe, even on his death bed, is still trying to save Eugene's soul. Nice little God vs science moment they had. Too bad Eugene has already sold his soul to whoever looks like they can keep him alive the longest. Should give him some good dear diary material next time he boozes it up.

War is fluid and you have to improvise and overcome. I don't quite understand why Rosita, especially with her military background and Michonne weren't 100% down with the move Daryl and Tara shot. At least you can count on Morgan. I thought it was a good idea to let all the Walkers in for dinner, the workers made their choice long ago.

Just how long was everyone suppose to wait for Rick especially when he went by himself to negotiate with someone who already tried to kill him?

They're not even trying anymore. Don't waste your time on this.

I don't think I've watched much dumber shows than this for this long. The show was always up and down but it was watchable for the most part and once or twice a season it could blow you away. There were some dumb nonsensical or just plain boring episodes but there was always a pay-off. That's why we stuck around. Not anymore though. It just gets worse and worse.

It's completely retarded, without exaggeration. No one makes any sense, they just do shit...stupid shit. It's painful to watch. The "assault" just drags on and on, adding new moronic twists at every tiresome turn. I guess they had about one episode of plot this season and somehow managed to drag out over 8 (and looking to add 8 more, no doubt).

Clearly they just gave up on the show, the writers just can't be bothered for whatever reason. They're just making it up as they go along. "Here's some...a lot of guns, make-up and a camera, have fun. Or not. Whatever, we'll just air what ya got".

    Walking Dead???...Walking Bread more like!!!

I used to love this show but now I occasionally flick it on to see if its improved but sadly it hasn't. More or less all this season has been is a bunch of people running round the woods shooting at each other in an A-Team stylie playing Soldiers!

Seriously lost its way putting in too many filler episodes and a damn poor story line. Guys we are sick of you running round the woods like you have for 7 seasons since they left Atlanta. Move on for god sake. At one point I thought they was going to head for Washington regarding a cure but that was all hogwash too. Get into the cities where the real danger is... Spice it up a little....

And this episode all about Eugene who, tbh can't tell a word he says most of the time and I spent most of the episode stopping and rewinding it to fathom out what he said. And I mean this in sound production and quality. I'm sure I'm not the only one to stop the walking dead and say, "What the hell did they say then?'

This shows days are numbered.... had a good run, cancel it now, move on.....

Dr. Eugene Porter: [to Gabriel, fuming] The answer is no! I will never, not on your nelly, be on board with your plan. Your invite is declined. I will not end up like Sasha or you. You both made your choices, what I imagine most will calculate as the right thing, rolled your D20s and came up dead, and seemingly soon to be. I cannot do the same. Now judge me if you choose, but I'm seeing 20 for 20, I'm feeling 10 for 10, and I'm receiving 5 by 5 that staying safe means staying alive, and I'm A-okay with doing whatever it takes to lock that down. So I WILL obey Negan. I will NOT cover for anyone's U-turn on loyalties, and I will damn well make sure that Dr. Carson stays cozy and comfy right here in case I ever require his healing expertise. And I won't feel bad about it. Because I will survive. It's in my biological imperative. It's all I know how to do.
