Dead or Alive Or

This is a decent development episode and people need to chill corse it's about to kick of next week

Daryl leads the Alexandria´s survivors to Hilltop through a swamp. While he goes with Rosita, Siddiq and a few other Alexandrians to destroy walkers to give free passage to the other survivors, Tara stays with Dwight protecting them. However Tara wants to kill Dwight jeopardizing the group. Meanwhile Gabriel and Dr. Carson are fleeing from the Saviors and Gabriel is becoming blind, testing his faith in god. In Hilltop, Maggie needs to ration the limited supplies among the locals and the prisoners. Eugene gives an idea to Negan to defeat Hilltop.

"Dead or Alive Or" is another great episode of "The Walking Dead" that seems to be back on track after the awful beginning of the season. Daryl´s segment is tense with the walkers and the friction of Tara with Dwight. Gabriel and Dr. Carlson is also a good segment. Eugene is probably the most despicable character of this series and together with the psychopath Negan make the Saviors dangerous. In Hilltop. Maggie is doing OK with her tough but fair attitudes. My vote is eight.

This show has been missing the mark lately (with the exception of the previous episode). It's not so much of an "all out war" but rather slow dialogue and little plot progression. There simply needs to be more of the excitement that made the show popular in the first place.

Pretty good episode. 8B is already pounds better than 8A so that's a plus. The Gabriel stuff was kind of silly but still entertaining to watch. Most of the episode felt like the plot was progressing which was good, although I found most progression at the very end. I'm happy that they did not use any of those godawful zoom in shots from the last episode because they really do not look good. My only complaints were the swamp sequenced did feel a little bit standstill until they finally got to Hilltop and the Dwight/Tara stuff happened. Speaking of Tara, she is the worst. I get that Dwight did some screwed up stuff to the people of Alexandria, but he would be much better alive. Negan again stole all of his scenes, but at this point I'm not surprised. I think that dipping Lucille in guts is just the start, and they're gonna be doing a lot more. Overall, 8.7/10
