War and zombies ! No more cheezy dialogues from soap opera !

Another good episode with everything you could wish from a zombie apocalypse. Time went so fast because of such an amazing pace ! I hope they keep the line until the last episode in order to save season 8.

Not as good as last episode but

I don't understand how people are trashing this episode. Second half of season 8 has been really awesome and so much better than the previous slow season. This one is packed with action and has some horror vibes in it.

    "I Don't Think it Ends"

In an episode that makes the whole Lauren Cohan contract situation feel even more awkward, 'Do not Send Us Astray' puts Maggie at the forefront and continues the all out war conflict as The Saviors arrived at The Hilltop with their walker blood filled weapons.

It's awkward because I feel as though Maggie has been the most consistently realistic person in this post apocalyptic drama. She's always stayed level-headed, even after her devastating loss of Glenn a few years back. It's strange that she could be on her way out if the contract isn't signed soon, and then we're stuck with the revenge filled Rick who is still not agreeing to go about his son's last wishes.

But back to the war, it sure feels like the Dwight-Saviors conflict is rising as it's pretty clear Dwight did not lace his weapons with walker blood, as the others did. Another clue as to how Dwight meets his end. But I'm pretty sure a lot of comic readers already know how this plot goes. The other big moment came from the new kid of the series we have to care about, Henry, as he took a page out of Carl's book as he took on the caged Saviors alone with an assault rifle. Only, it didn't quite go as planned (expectedly). So are we going to follow Carol looking for Sophia (I mean Henry) again...?

The good thing is, these episodes don't really have any downtime. The mere fact that everyone is in the same place brings the pacing of the episodes up 1000% percent. While there isn't always the outcome we would like, these back half episodes are certainly better than what we saw in late 2017, and I'll take it.

1's and 2's are not fair...

The show has much improved this second half of season 8 and is what it is at this point. To rate the last few episodes under a 5 is not fair. Guys it's a Zombie show on AMC, not GOT or the Sopranos, so relax with the crap reviews and enjoy it for what it is...a good distraction on a Sunday night that is better than most other crap out there. I think the negative reviews come from disappointment as it is truly not what it once was but, what do you expect after so many seasons and episodes?

The sweet spot for most excellent shows are under 100 episodes, this show is not GOT, Breaking Bad, The Wire, or anything even close to it!

Don't expect anything more than something mildly entertaining with a mediocre story line. It can't be what it once was so stop dreaming and accept it or just stop watching and writing awful reviews it's getting old.

Solid episode and a 7 out of 10 is my vote...

I'm Realy Scared Of The Walking Dead!

For a long time, somewhere from the 4th season I could not feel the fear of walking dead, but this episode really could surprise me! Thanks to director Jeffrey F. January who in the past took one of the best episodes of season 5 "Four walls and a roof", for the impressions of episode 13 of Season 8 of the Walking Dead. It's amazing, but not stupid: so keep the AMC! I have considerable hopes for the last episodes of season 8. I think they will not fail!
