Alexis Rose: [walking into her parents' room] You slept with Roland?
Johnny Rose: No, she didn't. She found herself in his bed.
David Rose: Mom slept with Roland?
Alexis Rose: Yes. Apparently.
Moira Rose: I will not be tried and condemned by the likes of you two.
David Rose: So what's gonna happen now? Is there gonna be like a custody battle over us?
Johnny Rose: David, stop.
Alexis Rose: We gonna have to like spend weekends over at Roland's now, or?
Moira Rose: Goodnight, Alexis.
David Rose: Do we call him Uncle Roland?
Johnny Rose: All right, that's enough, David.
Alexis Rose: No. I mean, I get it, Roland is the mayor, and it's very difficult to work with someone who you're attracted to.
David Rose: Yeah. Like you and Ted?
Alexis Rose: No! I'm making fun of Mom and Dad right now, David.
Johnny Rose: And we're done. Back to your room.
