The Vanishing

I know this show probably didn't have the biggest budget, but trying to watch the character of Sargent Lilly holding and firing a rifle was comical to say the least. She had her head cocked in this awkward angle that made the thought of her being a trained soldier absolutely laughable. Even though she may not have been trained by anyone due to the small budget, you'd think that as an actor she would have put SOME effort into looking like a legit soldier. Every time I watch her with a rifle; I absolutely cringe.

Three episodes into season number four and it seems like the writers are still trying to come up with a story arc. Any arc. Basically nothing happens except it becomes clear that a machete is now the preferred weapon to dispatch the undead. Oh, and Doc? There is a stream flowing not 100 yards away. Why not try some personal hygiene.
