I am still in shock, the news of the cancellation of The Expanse hit me last week right after I finished my ten-star review of the last episode. I had just congratulated syfy and all involved in this show on their amazing work and twelve hours later the horrible news hit that syfy wasn't continuing with The Expanse. I am joining every "Save The Expanse" group I can find and won't give up until this show is picked up by another media! I urge anyone who enjoys this show as much as I do to do the same.
This week's episode picks up right where the last ended, with not a minute wasted in the full run time to deliver a tense, exciting, and emotional experience. Multiple stories came together, multiple worlds collide, a reunion, goodbye to an old friend, and another cliff hanger with the delivery of the most perfect final line... I can hardly wait for next week. Another perfect 10/10

Just so good, I know how sad I'll be when it ends. Easily the best writing, story arcs are so well thought out, complex but not so you can't follow.
Great teams of characters, excellent actors (who you haven't necessarily seen in 100 other shows!) It feels like there's a great deal of collaborating and everyone's pulling in the same direction.
FX are great, I hear they get better still.
Is there a site which keeps score of all the subtle or direct homages to classic sci fi...? So many, so good!
Also - amazing to see such well written strong female roles (Bobby Draper is extraordinary, Naomi is my new Zoe Washburne).

The final two episodes of the Calibin War were a showcase of how to get the best of the best out of this living, consistent and complex world build up wthin two and a half seasons. All the story strings come together for a climax which reminds me of some of the most epic moments of game of thrones, were the tension is so high that you sit on the edge of your chair! So it is no surprise that even George R. R. Martin likes The Expanse. Thank you to all who worked on this show for this great experience!

All forces come together. The evil treatment of the children. The Earth/Martian standoff. The hybrids. The self centered Earthers. On and on. This is so tightly choreographed and yet we are given a taste of what is to come. For something I had never heard of, this is monumental science fiction. Great work.

- GoofsWhen Draper and the hybrid fall from great heights on Io, they both hit with a big thud. However, given Io's much lower gravity, a 200-pound person on Earth would only weigh 36 pounds on Io, thus they would have fallen more slowly and would have soft landed.
