Well I guess Sinbad did play a genie after all

A really funny video produced on April Fools day based on the infamous none existent movie Shazaam starring Sinbad.

Really well made (well the obviously fake VHS filter kind of gives away the fact it's not real) and filled with a lot of nice little nods to other famous Mandela effects, plus it's great to see Sinbad had enough of a sense of humour to play the role he was arguably born to play.

    He did it himself

Guy, let's be honest, sinbad probably didn't like the film himself. Most of the people who do remember this movie remember that it wasn't that great to begin with. I'm sure it's very easy for someone with the money and the people to just erase a movie from record. I'm sure he just paid a team of people in the industry to disappear the film. There's no way a whole generation of people and there parents remember this movie and it don't exist. It's not spelling or an eye glass, it's a whole film. He did away with it, we aren't crazy, it existed.this wouldn't be the first time something like this.

    SHAZAAM

Shazaam wasn't a movie, it was an April Fools joke collaboration of Sinbad and CollegeHumor in 2017. They made "real footage" of the movie after people kept saying he portrayed a genie in a film in the 90's. The costume that led to this misconception was worn by Sinbad during a television presentation of Sinbad the Sailor movies in 1994. The movie isn't real but the fake footage is. This fake footage is what people are able to view. If you spend a little bit of time looking into this on the internet you are able to find all of the actual evidence that supports this. The memories people claim to have of a Shazaam mo ie or false memories created by the mind.

    NO IT ISN'T

All other IMBD pages for movies have waaaay more info. This is BS no one knows the plot the villain or anything this movie didn't happen. It's always the same 3 stills let's see a trailer, or some scenes. The movie wouldn't have just 3 people. No director no production studio no nothing just Sinbad and 2 kids huh? Be for real people. It's not the Mandela effect it's misinformation at it's finest. No alternate timeline or universe just people spreading the wrong information. Y'all gotta stop with this pseudo science and leave it to people who dedicate their lives to it. Y'all are tripping......

    It did exist

    Come on guys....

I can only assume majority of the people on here saying it didn't are under 35-40.

I vividly remember watching this movie and my little cousin had a huge crush on the boy.

It did happen. Why are people trying to say it didn't???

I find the whole thing bizarre.

I mean it was a pretty lame movie, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen. I am sure I have the VsH somewhere.

Gahhh I hope I can find it, just to prove to you all that it was an actual movie length film!

And to all the 20 something keyboard warriors. Sorry to ruin your day. 😛 but there are some secrets you don't know the answer too!!!
