Chapter Seven: Loud, Fast, and Keep Going

Wow. Wow.

Bill Hader is an outstanding actor. This episode gave me chills up and down my spine. I laughed. I was shocked. I cried. When the episode was over, I had to catch my breath. The concept of this show is was got me intrigued (and Bill Hader of course), but this episode makes it unique and special. Well done.

Hader is brilliant here. Great acting all the way around. Storyline has progressed nicely. Just WOW all the way around. Really excited to move forward with the rest of the series.

There are plenty parts of the show where it gets a laugh out of you. This was the first episode where you get hit with the freight train of what this show is also about: drama.

The acting couldn't have been more perfect. The story for this episode was great, but the whole 37 minutes were carries by the actors involved. This is one of those cases where you don't need strong dialogues to sell the scene and the drama of it. This episode was purely and strongly carried by the body language, the delivery of the lines in terms of verbal and physical, the depth in the eyes and the quiver of the lips.

This episode should have a lot higher rating. Bill Hader won his first Emmy because of this episode, absolutely brilliant acting. As a whole show Barry is very unique show and it's really the only show to balance comedy, action and drama so perfectly. Bravo Bill Hader and company can't wait for season 3.

Absolutely amazing. This episode starts with the cliff hanger of the previous one, and then goes completely through the roof. Hader makes you feel absolute sympathy for an assassin.
