Diamonds in the Sky

While the first episode was heavy-loaded with backstory, this second installment spends more time looking at who our characters are here and now and how this is reflected in how they are responding to their current crisis. The soap opera feel has been minimized with the survival story taking front and center - which is a good thing. This is a solid outing, which leaves us wanting more as we anticipate seeing all of our known characters of the past (while now different in appearances and motivations but retaining the same basic character cores) finally come together.

I enjoy this series very much ,i like the effects and the action is great , the acting is outstanding too .This series remembers me very much of Star Trek Deep Space Nine ,one of the best sci-fi series ever made.This seies brings back the pleasure i had watching series like DS-9,Andromeda,NuBSG,Space above and beyond .I hope this series will have a long and prospere existence because this is the best sci-fi show from 2017-2018.I would advice the new Star Trek Discovery producers to watch this series if they want to learn how a great space based is being made,because they don't have a clue.

...misandry continues, Dr Smith is *not* Dr Smith, plot holes everywhere, the robot is now a guy in a costume...the only carryover from the original series! lol

All the failure movies and series recently coming out of Hollywood that are all disliked for identical reasons (listed numerous times by reviews on the LIS home page here at IMDb), yet they spitefully continue to ram it down our throats. Nothing like alienating more than half the audience, eh? What's that definition of "insanity" again? ...
