Intense episode. Will is attempting to contact his dad and also finds a way to get off the planet. Meanwhile Dr Smith and Kidnapped Maureen go to the crashed alien robot ship in an attempt to get off the dying planet and fix the robot. 9 hours and counting. Plus more - Enjoy (loving the flashbacks)
some things I'd like to see in future seasons:
Pen pals assistance
Time travel
Parallel universe
adding advanced tech to J2 or Resolute such as transtemporal shielding so the could fly into a sun. or faster engines, cloaking device
Worm holes
Wars they can help in
Making friends alien races
Good ending planned as not to just cancel and leave us hanging.
Transference of identities like in new Jumanji
Musical episode like Buffy and vampire Slayer had
Episode lie movie BIg or 13 going on 30
A Christmas Carol episode
A wonderful life episode see what be like if will had never made the journey
Episode where Judy gets mega medical skills
A simple twist of fate episode
An episode like Inner Light on star Trek where character lives an entire life only end up back on J2 as if only few minutes have passed.
Repeating day episode like groundhog day
Episode 700 years in future on Alpha Centauri looking back on history of the Robinsons and their legacy and how history does not always get written properly.
Is it just me or are all of the Robinson kids idiots and partially responsible for most of the bad stuff happening?
How is that this series made it to the second season? How is it that these kids who are supposedly smart make one stupid move after another? Even the mother made a bad call in regards to the welfare of the group and not one apology?? Unless the writers stop insulting the viewer's intelligence by giving us good, common sense, sound stories I simply can't continue wasting my time on this one. And I LOVE sci fi. But this series makes me throw my hands up in the air in exasperation. Based on the actions of mostly the kids, there's no way this family would be alive if this scenario were ever a possibility.
Am I the only one who noticed Angela lost her British accent in this episode?
The penultimate episode of the first reboot season of Lost in Space really should be the first half of a two-hour movie, as episodes 9 and 10 blend together better than almost all other episodes this season (with episodes 1 and 2 coming in as the next possibility). Even with the less-than-reasonable actions of characters (which has been rampant for the season), Resurrection was an enjoyable and fellow-colonist filled episode that provides terrific pay off for many story arcs, foreshadows, and seemingly-random-at-the-time-but really-important-now elements which were carefully setup in the first eight episodes. Dr. Smith is perfectly poised to execute her plan of heartless self-preservation (and people really need to stop listening to her...), and the Robinsons are apparently the colonists' only hope - but is it a fun, frustrating, and native-creature galore hour. Well worth the time for both the previous 8-hours of binge and the excitement of setting up the season finally.
Did you know
- GoofsThe colonists enter a cave, in which they expect to find the planet's apex predator, armed with... pointy sticks. Even if they didn't want to create (more) deadly weapons on their printers, they could at least have created some non-deadly ones, like shock sticks, or phasers permanently set to "stun".

Will Robinson: [to Penny] The impossible happens all the time... You just have to believe it can.
