Richard Roeper: Oh, but it was in a terribly tasteless, stupid scene, come on.
Roger Ebert: Well, now, it had to do with the favorite subject of comedies this spring and summer, which is the lower end of the intestinal tract. I mean, we saw a movie where someone had his arm stuck up a cow. Then we saw a movie where someone had his HEAD stuck inside an animal. Now, Orlando Jones goes entirely inside the alien, and I'm sitting here wondering, "Am I a film critic or a proctologist?"

Roger Ebert: I mean, what's going on with these movies? Isn't there some other way to get laughs than with excremental humor?
Richard Roeper: I hope so. "Excremental humor", I like that!
Roger Ebert: Yes, that's what it IS!
Richard Roeper: That's the scientific term for it.
Roger Ebert: ...On family television, anyway. I could think of OTHER terms for it.
