Lügen

I'm just starting the series but this episode almost made me stop :/ Is was just too slow and felt like nothing really was happening. The ending was what saved it from me and I'll try to continue to see if it's really good like everyone is claiming it to be.

I watched the first episode a couple years ago and found it too depressing to go on. I've decided to try it again. If ever there was an appropriate name for a show it would be this one. It is dark in every sense of the word. The characters are sad and depressed. There are children being stolen. It is raining and blowing like crazy through the whole thing. The people at the power plant are apparently evil and have no interest in helping even the father of Mikkel. We have a guy with a hoodie, a man with dark features, almost Satanic in appearance, out there stirring things up. There is also a time travel warp thing going on and some supernatural elements in the background. I guess I'll give it a shot.

So far from 2 episodes this one looks not so interesting and kind of boring.

This episode features every negative aspect i criticised about episode one and doubles down on it. As someone who's native language is german, the country where this show has been produced, it is at some occasions pretty hard to watch. Even more of the dialogue feels dull, and there are a few really bad acting performances. But the story itself is continuing to be intense, mystical and awesome, as well as the production value.
