The character of EAD Shay M ruined this show

The character of EAD Shay M ruined this show for me.

No organisation would allow such a tyrant to exist in their ranks and most certainly not in a leadership role.

The actor does a fine job but the character is foul. Season Nine and the first 6 episodes of Season 10 are DEAD to me. Sorry to the rest of the team who do well - but no no no.

Contrary to what is usually portrayed in the series, this case involves a valid connection to NCIS jurisdiction. In this instance, counterfeit currency being investigated by the US Secret Service has a tie in to the US Navy via suspected corrupt personnel. NCIS would indeed investigate such a case.
