The World Don't Revolve Around Kansas

Honestly, most of the reviews here for this season sound like they were cut and pasted from a Troll Template. What's the point of a story, regardless of genre, if it is not actually "about" something? Sure, if one or two episodes are not to your taste we would like to know why, but turning up for every episode of the same season and using a dozen aliases to complain is just laughable.

A small comment or two about guns is hardly a debate, and for an enormous number of viewers OUTSIDE "Kansas", it helps humanise Americans to show there are one or two people who are not fully paid up members of the NRA. This show does not have an exclusive target audience of Adult American College graduates - of course whatever debate there is on any topic will be limited. As for the supposedly leftist or "liberal" slant of this show - are you serious?

After the sexist tripe of Season 2, this one has been refreshing. Mon-El has redeemed himself, and Supergirl is growing up. No, I did not leave endless reviews complaining about Season 2, I accepted that I keep coming back despite my disappointment because I have had an unconditional love for Kryptonians since George Reeves first wore double breasted suits to his job at the Daily Planet.

This is a good, solid episode with a little bit of Zor-El family time, some new twirly cape-fighting tactics, some futuristic stuff, the ongoing battle between good and evil, and for the youngsters attending this school of life, some more stuff about life, love, dementia, and how people can agree to disagree without necessarily hating each other.

    Awesome episode

I doubt those who watch Fox News will like it, though.

Worst Arrowverse Episode Ever! It had some good. But still one sided.

Some people don't like Supergirl for one reason, or another. for some it is because it is on another earth than the Flash. Others because it tries too hard to be the same as any old show but still being so different. My reason for rating this episode and this show less than the others is because it is far too political. This episode featured a very Arrow, in season five, had an episode similar to this. But Arrow's was more oriented on both sides of the argument. It did justice not only to the Liberal side of things but also to the Conservative side. Sad to say Supergirl didn't. It is truthfully sad to see what Liberals will do to push their own agenda. Although I most admit that solving any problem with just words is always AWESOME and INSPIRING!! The part on Argo city was good too.

Keeping up the standard - this is a great show

I wrote a review of s3.8 where I said "I applaud the production team for an episode that triggered so many extremist weirdos to burst out of their camouflage skins and reveal their true appearances! Very Joss Whedon!!" I hadn't realised just how many monsters could burst out of their skins until I read the reviews for this episode! Looking at the review list here was for me like Buffy recovering from a victory only to find that she was immediately surrounded by more attacking monsters. But the monsters are only puffs of wind and have the same long-term effect. A civilised society will, over time, come to its true beliefs.

    Half- good, half-bad

The superhero part with Kara on Argo were great, but the story arc on Earth with the political agenda was annoying. It took me out of the show, and I couldnt care for that part, because it was too obvious that that half was filler for the current event issues, so it had no meaning to the story of the show.
