    Like nothing on television.

Refreshingly unique. Fully developed characters. Great acting. Karl Urban A+ performance. Only for adults.

    OMG! Endless, gory FUN!

This is definitely the most fun I've had watching a tv episode in quite a while. Not the best TV, but the most fun.

It's gory, it's hilarious, and my god, the CGI in this show is stunning. Like REALLY stunning. Add this level of CGI to supergirl, and maybe it would be abit less cringey, cause it's the same style of CGI that's needed here, but it's done sooooo much better.

So far the story is very intriguing. It's also very easy to bond with certain characters, and you know right away whom to root for and who you wanna see dead.

If it keeps this level up, we might have a new gem on our hands.

    Blockbuster beginning!

It was really the best beginning one could expect and what is the best thing it cleared all the things happening in it's universe. It is sure this series would be funny, thrilled, action-packed and awesome. I don't think anybody will get even a little bit unsatisfied with such a beginning. And the acting was superbb, the whole cast was perfect. The direction was amazing, you will realize when you will see the beginning scenes.

    Great Fun

Enjoyable start on a new style of superheroes, only one complaint is Karl Urbans Cockney accent is a mess it flows into Australian but i suppose Americans wont really spot that.

    Great Start!

Really great start to this show. The graphic effects are amazing! The actors and actresses are doing a great job so far and seem to mesh well together.

Seems like it will be an accurate portrayal of what would happen if big business mixed with super heroes.

Definitely looking forward to watching the rest of the season.

    • Trivia
For the shot where Queen Maeve shatters an armored truck, SPX filmed a real truck smashing into a steel pole that was later removed by VFX. Queen Maeve was then shot in front of a green screen in the same location and comped into the real folding truck.

The Deep tells Starlight that they have satellites in "geocentric" orbit. It is fair to assume that he meant "geosynchronous" orbit. He next states that they can read a license plate from 380 miles up. It is also fair to assume that he's talking about the same satellites as he doesn't mention any other. Geosynchronous orbit is approximately 22,236 miles above the surface of the Earth.

A geocentric orbit means an object orbiting the Earth, such as the Moon and thousands of satellites including the satellites that read license plates from space.

Hughie Campbell: You're a fed? You don't sound like a fed.

Billy Butcher: What, I can't immigrate? There's a giant green slapper with her ass in the harbor that says different.

Hughie Campbell: You don't really look like one, either.

Billy Butcher: No? What do I look like?

Hughie Campbell: Like you're starring in the porn version of The Matrix.
