    Worth It!

GZA asks the right questions and is good at putting the focus on the Science. Some directions that some scientist want to go in make me skeptical and some are intriguing. I am all for promoting science especially science that benefits the human race as a whole.

    Testing the boundaries.

This was a wonderful overview of humanities efforts to push the boundaries of science. I was surprised that this was produced by Red Bull, but then I thought about it, and I can see how it makes sense. The highlight of the series for myself are the views of the work space of the scientists, the conjecture of GZA on directions for future technologies, and the enthusiasm of the researchers as they condense all of their passion and knowledge about their work in one segment. If you make it a point in your life to stay up to speed regarding scientific advancements, you're probably are already aware of the concepts discussed. Having said that, it is still worth the watch to hear directly from the scientist involved and to see their setup 1st hand. Yes, the host GZA is not a scientist and largely not knowledgeable about the topics discussed- same as 99.9999% of Earth's population. I enjoyed watching a host learn as they explored the topic. Not every science show needs a Carl Sagan, Bill Nye, Neil Degrasse, or Brian Cox.

    GZA talks SCIENCE

If you're not a Wu Tang fan, this is not the documentary science series for you. In fact you should probably go and watch Cosmos. I personally have a healthy nostalgia for Wu Tang Clan and really like science so am probably the perfect target demographic.

This is an accessible science series and it's refreshing to see a take on this style where flights of fancy about what technology could be are entertained. My take on this is that GZA has hearths scepticism about some of the technologies but is willing to explore all possibilities from hurricane proof building materials, right through to Cryogenics.

Leave your hyper analytical mind at the door and follow some fanciful futurism and you'll have a blast.

    Lobotomized Science

Feels like something made for children rather then adults, I haven't learnt anything new from the show.

    A generous 6/10 from me.

    pretty awesome and interesting

I watch alot of science and technology documentaries and really enjoyed this serieis and hope they make a season 2. The topics and technologies reviewed were awesome, i loved hearing GZA ask questions about them because he asked questions that normal people would want to know and ask. He comes off as a normal guy learning and asking normal questions to very smart scientists and engineers like any of us would. I also liked that he is a spiritual guy and tried to communicate there is more to life than science. Whether you believe in that stuff or not i think it is refreshing and admirable to see a human side to this stuff and he wasn't scared to confront and voice his opinions to the scientists.
