I'd rather see more 911 cases...

I wish the show would be more about the 911 cases and less about the characters love stories. Don't get me wrong, I like the characters but I'd rather the emphasis be on the 911 calls and cases and let the characters story be in the background. I mean, it is after all called 911 right?!

The episode was fine but not great. Felt a little bit like I'm watching a soap opera with all the crazy love stories. I'm getting kinda tired listening to Buck whine about his love life. The guy is young, good looking and cute. He has grown since the pilot and that's great but come on, how hard is it for a guy like that to find a nice girl?! It's not very believable. Maddie and Chim's love story is way more real and interesting. I like them together, they seem good for each other and there is room for developments.

I keep thinking about the episode of the little girl and the home invasion. The first responders were working with the 911 operators and that was so interesting! I wish to see more of that! This job isn't just another job, they save lives and deal with really complicated and dangerous situations and that should be the focus of the show!! That's what makes the show special, otherwise it's just another drama.

The robbery roughly resembles a case in 2018 where a Canadian couple rob a convenience store in Edmonton, Alberta.
    • Goofs
When Norman plays the love song to his wife, from his phone, he never pushes the Play button. The phone is shown to the camera with the Play still visible. If the music were being played from the phone, the Pause button option would be available.
